2 TBS lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
2 TBS fish sauce
1 garlic clove
1 jalapeno
1 tsp honey
1.5 TBS fennel seeds
1 TBS cumin seeds
- Blenderize ingredients into marinade for pork
- Refrigerate marinated pork 30 min. to 24 hrs
- Heat grill or broiler to high
- Skewer pork and cook 3.5 min. per side
