Pork Skewers with Cumin and Fennel

1.5 lbs pork shoulder, cut into skewer-size chunks

Kosher salt TT

2 TBS lime juice

1/4 cup cilantro

2 TBS fish sauce

1 garlic clove

1 jalapeno

1 tsp honey

1.5 TBS fennel seeds

1 TBS cumin seeds

  1. Blenderize ingredients into marinade for pork
  2. Refrigerate marinated pork 30 min. to 24 hrs
  3. Heat grill or broiler to high
  4. Skewer pork and cook 3.5 min. per side
