Mushroom Piccata

Mixed mushrooms

EVOO, Salt, Pepper TT

1/4 cup minced shallot

1 tsp minced garlic

4 TBS butter

2 TBS capers

1 TBS lemon juice

2 TBS chopped parsley

  1. Marinate mushrooms in EVOO, salt, pepper mix
  2. Grill mushrooms 10 min.
  3. While mushrooms are grilling, saute shallot, then garlic
  4. Melt butter into sauteed mix, then add in capers, lemon, parsley
  5. Pour piccata topping over grilled mushrooms
  6. Serve with bread for sopping
