Mushroom Piccata
Mixed mushrooms
EVOO, Salt, Pepper TT
1/4 cup minced shallot
1 tsp minced garlic
4 TBS butter
2 TBS capers
1 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS chopped parsley
- Marinate mushrooms in EVOO, salt, pepper mix
- Grill mushrooms 10 min.
- While mushrooms are grilling, saute shallot, then garlic
- Melt butter into sauteed mix, then add in capers, lemon, parsley
- Pour piccata topping over grilled mushrooms
- Serve with bread for sopping
