Grand Marnier Souffle

1 TBS butter (soft)

1/2 cup + 3 TBS sugar

5 eggs, separated

1/3 cup orange zest

2 TBS orange liqueur

  1. Heat oven to 450
  2. Butter souffle ramekins, sprinkle 1 TBS sugar
  3. Beat yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, zest, liqueur
  4. Beat whites, 2 TBS sugar
  5. Fold yolk mixture into white mixture, divide among ramekins
  6. Bake for 10-12 min.
