Grand Marnier Souffle
1 TBS butter (soft)
1/2 cup + 3 TBS sugar
5 eggs, separated
1/3 cup orange zest
2 TBS orange liqueur
- Heat oven to 450
- Butter souffle ramekins, sprinkle 1 TBS sugar
- Beat yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, zest, liqueur
- Beat whites, 2 TBS sugar
- Fold yolk mixture into white mixture, divide among ramekins
- Bake for 10-12 min.
