2 0z thick cut bacon
⅓ cup ricotta
1 clove garlic
⅛ tsp sea salt
1 ball pizza dough
1-1/c cups mozzarella
red pepper flakes
basil leaves
1-½ TBS pecorino Romano
2 eggs
flaky sea salt, olive oil
- Heat oven to 450, baking bacon en route
- Mix ricotta, garlic sea salt
- Spread pizza dough, top with mozzarella, pepper flakes, basil, pecorino, bacon bits
- Make indentations for eggs, add eggs
- Broil pizza 6 min.
- Serve with added basil, salt, olive oil
