Bacon and Egg Pizza

2 0z thick cut bacon

⅓ cup ricotta

1 clove garlic

⅛ tsp sea salt

1 ball pizza dough

1-1/c cups mozzarella

red pepper flakes

basil leaves

1-½ TBS pecorino Romano

2 eggs

flaky sea salt, olive oil

  1. Heat oven to 450, baking bacon en route
  2. Mix ricotta, garlic sea salt
  3. Spread pizza dough, top with mozzarella, pepper flakes, basil, pecorino, bacon bits
  4. Make indentations for eggs, add eggs
  5. Broil pizza 6 min.
  6. Serve with added basil, salt, olive oil
