Boneless pork butt
Garlic cloves, minced
Rosemary, fresh minced

S&P
Fresh peaches, halved and pitted
Butter, diced
- Flatten and pound out pork roast to 3/4 inch for grilling
- Marinate pork in garlic, rosemary, EVOO, S&P mix TT
- Grill pork 10 min., flip and another 6 min.
- While pork is grilling, roast peaches dotted with butter in skillet on grill 6 min.
- Tent pork and peaches with foil for 5 min.
- Medium slice pork and peaches, serve together
