Grilled Pork and Peaches

Boneless pork butt

Garlic cloves, minced

Rosemary, fresh minced

EVOO

S&P

Fresh peaches, halved and pitted

Butter, diced

  1. Flatten and pound out pork roast to 3/4 inch for grilling
  2. Marinate pork in garlic, rosemary, EVOO, S&P mix TT
  3. Grill pork 10 min., flip and another 6 min.
  4. While pork is grilling, roast peaches dotted with butter in skillet on grill 6 min.
  5. Tent pork and peaches with foil for 5 min.
  6. Medium slice pork and peaches, serve together
