Worcestershire and Mustard

1 Tbsp chopped onion

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup chicken stock

1 Tbsp brown mustard

Lightly brown onion in olive oil. Deglaze the pan with Worcestershire sauce. Add chicken stock. Boil for 1 full minute, and mix in brown mustard.
