Tortellini Salad Toss

1 lb. cheese tortellini

1/2 cup California Sun Dry  Tomatoes, julienne cut or halves cut into strips

1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed

1/2 cup black olives, halved

1/2 cup yellow pepper, cubed

1/4 cup basil, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain tortellini according to directions on package.

Toss all ingredients together in a large serving bowl. Enjoy!

Delicious as hot or cold pasta salad.

Serves 4.
