Tomato and White Bean Soup with Lots of Garlic

10 garlic cloves, crushed

1/4 cup EVOO

2 (14 oz) cans cannellini, with liquid

2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes

1 cup stock

salt & pepper TT

heavy cream, for serving

  1. Sautee garlic in oil until golden
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except cream) and simmer 15 min.
  3. Blenderize until smooth
  4. Drizzle with cream to serve
