S&W Four-Bean Salsa Soup

1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut into bite-size chunks

2 cans (14 1/2 oz ea.) S&W Ready-Cut Salsa

1 can (15 oz) S&W Pinquitos or S&W Chili Beans, undrained

1 can (15 oz) S&W Black Beans, undrained

1 can (15 oz) S&W White Beans or S&W Garbanzo Beans, undrained

1 can (15 oz) S&W Kidney Beans, undrained

Cilantro, chopped

Garnish (optional) shredded Monterey Jack & Cheddar cheese

Saute sausage 3 – 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, beans and cilantro; mix well. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 – 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with cheeses if desired.

Serves 6.
