Seasoned Chicken Bake

8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves

1 (8-oz) bottle Italian salad dressing

3/4 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried parsley flakes

3/4 tsp salt

3/4 tsp pepper

Combine chicken and salad dressing in a shallow dish; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.

Remove chicken discarding marinade. Set aside.

Combine stuffing mix and remaining ingredients and coat chicken with the mixture. Arrange in a lightly greased 15 by 10-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 2 minutes.
