2 pounds small new potatoes
8 green onions, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 – 3 Tbsp capers
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes until just well and let cool until you can handle them.
Cut the potatoes into chunks and lightly add green onions, dill, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Chill until ready to serve.
