Pesto

2 cups basil

1/2 cup olive oil

2 Tbsp  pine nuts

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup Parmesan

2 Tbsp Pecorino Romano

3 Tbsp butter

Blenderize or process basil, olive oil, pine nuts and garlic.

Mix in Parmesan, Pecorino Romano and butter.
