Parmesan-Crusted Baked Tomato
1 tsp olive oil
4 thick tomato slices
1 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp bread crumbs
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
Rub a sheet pan with olive oil. Place tomato slices on pan and drizzle 1 tsp olive oil over them.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Place a thick layer of mixture on top of each tomato and drizzle 1 tsp olive oil over top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Serves 4.
