M&M Cookies

1/2 cup butter, room temp

1 cup sugar, granulated

1/4 cup sugar, dark brown

1 large egg, room temp

1 TBS vanilla extract

1 tsp salt, coarse

1/4 tsp baking soda

1.5 cups flour

1/2 cup M&Ms, coarsely chopped

1. Heat oven to 350, line 2 sheet pans w/parchment
2. Whisk together by hand butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, salt until fluffy
3. Whisk in baking soda, then add flour, then add M&Ms
4. Allow ample space for dough on baking sheets to spread
5. Bake until golden around edges, 10-12 min.
