Marinade Cancun

For Beef, Chicken, or Pork

1/2 cup spicy hot and sweet mustard

6 ounces dark beer

1/4 cup vinegar

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cayenne

1 tsp salt (optional)

Mix mustard, beer, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cayenne and salt, if desired.

Use to marinate beef, chicken or pork (4 hours or overnight in refrigerator).

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
