Juicy BLT

1 tomato

1 tsp red wine vinegar

1/2 TBS EVOO

Flaky sea salt

Coarse black pepper

4 slices thick cut bacon

2 slices crusty bread

mayo

1/2 TBS EVOO

3 butter lettuce leaves

  1. Thinly slice tomato, marinate in vinegar, EVOO, salt, pepper
  2. Brown bacon
  3. Toast bread
  4. Slather bread with mayo, drizzle EVOO, top with tomato and some marinade, layer with lettuce, then bacon, and close with bread
  5. Press sandwich, chop in half
