Hot Fudge for Ice Cream
1/4 cup Dutch process coccoa
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped bittersweet chocolate (preferably 70% cacao)
1/4 boiling water
Combine dry ingredients. Add water an let sit 2 minutes. Stir and serve.
