Grilled Flank Steak
2 pounds flank steak
2 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup red wine
Combine all ingredients and marinate steak overnight. Grill to desired doneness. Slice and serve on Italian flat bread with stuffed baby eggplant and French fries.
Serves 4 to 6.
