Chocolate Fondant

2 oz bittersweet chocolate

4-1/2 TBS unsalted butter

2 eggs

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup sifted flour

Preheat oven to 450F.

Melt chocolate and butter.

Blend eggs and sugar, then chocolate and butter, then flour.

Pour into individual ramekins and bake 10-12 minutes.
