Broiled Salmon

2 pounds salmon fillets

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup softened margarine

3 Tbsp mayonnaise

3 Tbsp chopped green onion

1/8 tsp salt

dash liquid hot pepper sauce

Place fillets in a single layer on a well greased baking platter. Brush fish with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients. Broil fillets about 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings.
