Chicken pieces, bone in, skin on
Salt & pepper & smoked paprika TT
Butter & EVOO
Mushrooms
Artichoke hearts
Sherry
- Preheat oven to 375, and preheat frying pan on stove
- Coat chicken pieces with salt, peppery, paprika and brown all sides in pan in butter 5 min.
- Remove chicken and sautee mushrooms 5 min.
- Return chicken to pan, add artichoke hearts, add some sherry
- Cover pan and cook in oven 45 min.
