Braised Chicken with Mushrooms and Artichokes

Chicken pieces, bone in, skin on

Salt & pepper & smoked paprika TT

Butter & EVOO

Mushrooms

Artichoke hearts

Sherry

  1. Preheat oven to 375, and preheat frying pan on stove
  2. Coat chicken pieces with salt, peppery, paprika and brown all sides in pan in butter 5 min.
  3. Remove chicken and sautee mushrooms 5 min.
  4. Return chicken to pan, add artichoke hearts, add some sherry
  5. Cover pan and cook in oven 45 min.
