Black Bean Hummus

1 clove garlic, roasted and minced

1 can black beans, drained

2 TBS reserved fluid

2 TBS lemon juice

1-1/2 TBS tahini

3/4 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne

1/4 tsp paprika (garnish)

Process ingredients and top with garnish.
