Barbecued Salmon Steaks

Allow 8 oz. salmon steak per person

Baste with marinade and put basted side down on grill. Before turning, baste top side with marinade. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side  or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not overcook!

Marinade:

1/4 cup dry sherry

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp pepper

Combine sherry, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well. Keep fish well basted while grilling.
