Herb and Cheese Bread

For 1 large loaf (about 1 1/2 pounds):

1 cup plus 2 Tbsp water

1 1/4 tsp salt

3 cups bead flour

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp instant dry milk powder

2 Tbsp sugar

2 tsp Italian herb seasoning

2 tsp FLEISCHMANN’S RapidRise Yeast

 

For 1 medium loaf (about 1 pound):

3/4 cup water

3/4 tsp salt

2 cups bread flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 Tbsp instant dry milk powder

1 1/2 Tbsp sugar

1 1/4 tsp Italian herb seasoning

1 1/2 tsp FLEISCHMANN’S RapidRise Yeast

Select loaf size. Combine ingredients according to manufacturer’s directions. Process in regular or rapid bake cycle.
