Sesame Salmon in Foil

1 salmon steak, 4 to 6 ounces

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp dry sherry or gin

1 tsp Asian sesame oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, heat a baking sheet at the same time.

Place a 12 by 16-inch sheet of aluminum foil or bakers parchment on a work surface. Place the salmon to one side of the center. Top with the soy sauce, sherry and sesame oil. Turn the fish to coat both sides. Fold the foil over the salmon (like closing a book) and crimp the edges together to form a D-shaped package. Place the package on the hot baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.Transfer the package to a plate, slit along the side, and if using foil, pull the foil away.
